If this doesn't work, we are thinking about using some form of AI/automation tool that log you into all of your platforms, and automate the posting process - you would go to the tool, write your content there, select the platforms you want to post your content, and press run/post. The tool opens up and signs you into your platform, go through the posting mechanism, take a screenshot and save the post, and sign you out of your platform.
The tool will enable ad-blocking.
Next is to create a way to interact with comments from multiple platforms...
I haven’t looked into these platforms, but do they have an api that can allow remote posting and/or reading of threads?
What you’re describing sound like more than a plug-in. Maybe a stand-alone app, or a web application that can interface with those platforms using web services...?
Interesting idea in this post-Facebook dominated world. This censorship has caused a lot of people to discover other platforms.

They do not allow back-end access to their database, but you can request a data dump of your data.
I don't have a lot of public resources, but take a look at this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/progressive-web-apps-chromium/
The tool uses python.
Does Edge run on Linux?
