I'm sympathetic to their issues, but this has been a thing for a decade or longer. Military requires a certain type of hair style for women that a certain race of women don't naturally have. So they need to spend a lot of time working on that. Or they can shave it or buzz cut it, but most women would never want to do that.

I think we can all agree on allowing a practical haircut that’s biologically appropriate.
Lipstick... yeah... not so sure on that one.
