C&R threshold is 50 years, that's 1971. There are AR-15s that are C&R now. In ~15 years Tec-9s and Calicos will be C&R.

Also not sure if CMP has a special waiver on even needing a C&R to ship one out because they're basically the government.

Ohhh, yeah, that's with a C&R license. Duh, can't believe I didn't think of that.

I was thinking the regulations that allow door shipment with zero license which is pretty much all black powder handguns and stuff made prior to like 1898 (forget exact year).
