There is Zero upside for Democrats to make reparations happen. It's just another one of their ploys to keep blacks on the reservation. How would you even administer it? Does it just go to those with black skin? To relatives of Slaves? Would you have to create a fund and people would need to apply for it and show proof that they are actually qualified? DNA testing? It's a nightmare.
