Then they shouldn't be pushing this in the Federal spectrum. The Constitution is very clear. All elections and electoral decisions are reserved as rights of the States. And without a Constitutional Amendment, that's not going to change. You need 3/4 majority for a constitutional amendment by the way. So, that's not going to happen.

It's an unconstitutional bill and something that, if passed, would be illegal on behalf of the Federal Government to ratify or enforce.

The Federal Government cannot dictate elections. Even federal. The state legislature are the first and final authority for that. Which is why the legislature of GA, PA, MI, MN, AZ, NV should be suing the governor and executive branch for their interfering with their duties and rights being the voice of the people.
