I have never worn one, never will, and am increasingly doing everything I can to make the mask mandates (either governmental or corporate) a burden to enforce.

Last time I had a run-in with a Karen (male soyfag), he had been following me around in a store for long enough it was plainly apparent. After he finally confronted me and I politely refused to wear a mask, and articulated my personal health history and choices were none of his fucking business, he continued to follow me around making victim noises about me killing grandma. When I turned around, closed the gap, got my face within an inch of his and told him he would end up in the hospital if he didn't stop following me, he quickly lost his nerve and walked away.

The only time I was asked to leave a store by an employee, I straight-up challenged him by asking if they were going to call the police if I didn't. He looked at the floor and said "no" so I ignored him and went about my business. Normally I would have taken my money elsewhere but I thought it was more important in that exact scenario to assert dominance and demonstrate non-compliance to others. I haven't been back to that store since, choosing to vote with my wallet elsewhere.

Am I being a dick, given most of these store employees just need a paycheck and have to do what their bosses tell them? Probably. But until we reach critical mass on non-compliance, demoralizing those tasked with enforcement and publicly shaming the Karens is the only way to make progress.
