In light spectrum, in physical format like ink or paint the combination of all colors is black XD.

It's more like the pigment is the "repel" of x color and the absorption of the rest of the colors, - white being the repel of all colors and black the absorption of all colors- so in this case is natural that pigments and light are opposed.

For pigment yes, for spectrum no. White light can be broken into all colors of light with a prism. So white light is composed of all colors, white pigment (ideal) reflects all colors. A white pigment will look green in green light, etc.
