Just look at the Paris Climate Accords and you'll know that it's all bullshit. China isn't a "developing" nation, they're the biggest polluters on the planet, and the entire paris deal is about punishing Western countries and funneling their wealth to China.

The same people turn a blind eye to China's slave-class factory workers, human rights violations, racism... China is EVERYTHING they hate, and yet they can't wait to hop on China's dick.
