It struck me as odd that the Dems seemed to be turning their back on the butcher of albany but what better way to stamp out one huge scandal than create a little one and have the MSM pump the story?

My theory is some women came forward and were going to accuse him of sexual harassment, the dems weren't able to stop them so they got ahead of the nursing home deaths by reporting on it. Dems : "look, we care about nursing home deaths. We care so much we will demand a dem governor to resign". Because they knew they couldn't hold back the allegations. Just a theory
