I recall seeing a video recently we are buying attempted to give a speech/read off the Teleprompter and was barely able to do that. Once he finished he started wandering around the stage Completely oblivious as to where he is going, and some administration aid was doing their best to shoot the press out of the room as biting her completely lost track of where he was supposed to go.
...and someone who doesn't need nannies cutting off questions and leading him around as if he were blind.
