The reality is we can't find out what happened, but until we review the election results no one can claim victory, the dispute is in limbo regardless of if it's been swept under a large rug. Recount court cases never looked at who won, they only litigated whether recounts could overturn the result. In one infamous case the court gave a verdict denying a recount citing, their count did not take into account dead and out of state voters, a fact team Trump repeatedly echoed. Biden did not win the election, he was cited as having been the most likely to win based on what they did look at.
