Hey, you DO have motivation! You DID post this, after all.
I know that feeling.
It looks to me that you made this list subconsciously knowing what you need to do.
You need to go outside, workout, clean up.
Try to take it one thing at a time, and do the things you actually can control.
For me, the first thing I try to do when I realize I'm really down, is trim my beard or shave and get a haircut. This is always a step in the right direction. So shower, shave, trim, brush your teeth, etc.
After the personal cleaning, its time to clean your personal space. Pick up your room. Start with the floor. Now the bathroom. Just start picking up things and putting them away or in the trash. If you are done with this, organize some things you have (like a drawer, or create more organization within a bin or cabinet).
Take a walk if the weather permits. Soak in some nice sun and fresh air if you can.
As far as being angry and hating everyone, this is something I battle nonstop. I get pretty annoyed with how stupid everybody can be. I have to remind myself that they are just bots. I have been recently reunited with Christ, and this has helped me remain every positive throughout these times. May sound dumb, I realize, but just being thankful to my creator gives me so much happiness throughout the day. Take the time to step back and think about what all of this is. All of this beyond our bullshit struggle. Life and reality are special. We get to experience. Being thankful to Jesus has changed my outlook.
Best of luck to you. Sorry if that seemed preachy at all at the end there. Just remember, this will not be forever. This reality is a learning stage. Stay positive and thankful, and you'll get through it :)
I take it you're stuck in a city with no personal car? If not go walk in the woods and watch some birds. Or pick up a cheap set of binoculars and go star watching, full moon tonight if you got a set on hand already
u need someone to talk to? just because shit is tough doesn't mean we should all just give up. How you talk to yourself is important, especially with what is going on in the world.
You're going to have to start with small steps, and forgive yourself for not being where you want to be yet. Have faith that if you keep hammering away at it, in one year you will be in a very different place than you are now, and you will be still improving. Start by setting yourself ONE goal for each day of something you want to accomplish that you will be at least a little proud of. Try to get it done as soon as possible. Remember that when you wake up, you have that day to make it better than the previous day. Look for some motivational speakers, and find a way to make a plan, with a goal. An achievable goal. Start from there. The hardest thing is starting. Once you are moving, have faith that things will get easier, even though it seems that they will only get harder. Just tell yourself to keep having faith. And remember that you are always either going up or down, so if you are trying, and working, then no matter how small the progress, you are still going up. And if you keep on going in that direction, you WILL make it.
You’re not alone. I know that isn’t particularly helpful. But this sense feeling of total withdrawal from everyone is exactly what they are aiming for. My one suggestion to turn things around is a gym. I truly believe that will help with at least a few of the things that you have identified as new goals to resolve, not a list of problems, but rather objectives to work on!❤️
I have the cure. Be in action on something, anything. Complete something and I don't care how big or small. Then do another thing. It gets you instantly out of the funk.
Oksy, hon, so you're stuck inside, but you have Internet access. Put that time to good use and learn some skills which will earn you some money, build your confidence, provide you with a goal, allow you to pursue your passion, fill you with a sense of accomplishment once you've achieved milestones of your aspirations. What interests you? Put this down time to good use, and always get a little fresh air and sunshine! Here are some sites to get you started, and let us know what you end up deciding do---you can do it! MAGA patriots need to work at MAKING America great again, yourself included.

That’s depression my dude, the best advice I can give you is to do things even though you don’t want to, getting out of the depression hole is like breaking a bad habit, and you’ll fall in again but try to remember what you learned from last time and you’ll develop strategies to cope, also you should consider talking with someone, most important thing with that is don’t be afraid to drop a bad therapist, it may take several before you find a good one.
On a bad day I could’ve wrote this post verbatim, I know how you feel.
Hang in there. Better things are coming for everyone worldwide, especially those who are low on hope. Soon (in days, weeks) we will all be well off and not have to struggle with day-to-day life so much: We'll be free from the slavery of chasing dollars and able to follow our dreams and help other people. The best thing to do when you're depressed is to think about what you can do to help someone else. Even something small will make you feel good about yourself.
Also, remember that God loves you so much that he valued your life enough to send His son Jesus to die for you so you can be free from your bondage. So just accept Him and carry on with Jesus in your heart. He'll guide you, speaking through his Word (the Bible). Read some Psalms, written by King David, who had his share of low times. There are also many people (PEEPS) who care about you, including all of us who replied to your post.
10 Habits of Highly Ineffectual People - by Stephen Covey. 😀 Chapter 1: I'm Lazy. Chapter 2: I do absolutely nothing all day. Oh man, this is actually kind of awesome.
Nothing is as bad as seems. It's going to be a tough couple of years and it will get better.
If you need some more "hopium" about current events, check out drcharlieward.com. Dr. Charlie knows what's happening with our country and the world, and he shares the info on his videos as he is allowed. He went through a lot growing up as a child and into young adulthood, but he came out of his troubles and is happily dedicated to finding and sharing the truth with as many people as he can. You can do that, too. We all can. As our wonderful President Trump says: "NEVER GIVE UP"!!!!
I didn’t do much this weekend. I told my self I needed the rest. Its winter and I generally don’t have as much incentive during the winter. It, then I heard daylight savings is in two weeks! More sun, warmer days, I’m excited to work around my yard!
Find something to look forward to, then plan for it.
So take heart, dear one, and press on, and know that God is in control of everything and He has a plan for your life. Make it your mission to find out what He would have you do, each step of the way.
Start with the way you think. Positive self-talk is very powerful. Your mind is very powerful. You have the choice to be happy or sad, so choose happiness. I’ve known people with literally nothing other than the clothes on their back who were happier than some of my wealthy and accomplished friends. It’s because of their mindset. Look at everything in a positive way (glass half full) rather than negatively (glass half empty). Positivity is 100% free and it will set you free if you so choose.
Take school for example; if you constantly tell yourself that you hate school, then you’ll hate it more. If you look at some of the good things about school and have positive thoughts about school, then you won’t mind it so much.
Maybe you don’t have any friends because you’re unhappy. People don’t want to hang out with unhappy people. Make yourself happy and that will attract people to you, I promise. It also helps to not hate people, so try to accept that people are different and try to ignore the things that you don’t like about them (glass half full).
I understand that there are things you can’t do because of covid, but you have to make the best of every situation. There are a lot of things in your list that only you have control over. By being miserable, you’re letting the people who caused this mess win because that’s exactly what they want. Don’t let them make you a victim!
Change every item in your original post for the better and post your results here a month from now. We’re all rooting for you! If nothing else, do it for yourself. Challenge yourself for one month and see what happens. You will be amazed at what you can achieve by changing your mindset.
I’ll repeat what I said above because it’s such a powerful message that most people don’t understand. Remember these three points and you’ll be fine no matter what your circumstances.
Positivity is 100% free and it will set you free if YOU so choose.
Happiness will make you rich without money if YOU so choose.
Success is 100% possible if YOU define what successful means.
I’m not always 100% a fan of Jordan Peterson, but seriously, go listen to some of his talks and maybe read his 12 Rules book.
This is the best advice here
Never heard of him, but anyone with some motivation speech will do.
Follow this advice. PM me an address if you're comfortable, I'll buy and ship the book or a gift card for you to get it at your local book store.
Any way I can get in contact with you? Just graduated college and I need help adjusting to professional life

He’s 14. So I think some of what’s going on here is general teen angst, COVID has just amplified it tenfold.
Go outside right now, take a 10 minute walk. It's a start.

Sure. I can talk

Thanks dude. Also cool name
Go do stuff then.
I was that way before covid.
Its a lifestyle lol.
All you need to do is work out. All the other stuff is worthless.
Half of those are your direct responsibilities. Feel the pain you deserve and go clean your room
Have you tried Jesus?
Here's a good playlist my friend. Know that you're not alone.

Fapping has lost its luster.
Don't use covid as a crutch. Take control of your life and stop making excuses.
C'mon friend, get yourself out of your rut! Find a hobby you enjoy.
Covid fucking sucks. I agree. But you can find things you enjoy.
Start by going for long walks in nature. Get some fresh air.
Also, look into the plant called Kratom. Can help greatly with depression and the need for motivation.
Read, Learn, Change your Body, get outside, talk to people you trust, try to stay positive and don't lose faith, because this too shall pass.
Get it together bro
I’m guessing you’re a Trump supporter! We will stick together!
