Not suggesting they didn't steal the election (they totally fucking did) but this is apples and oranges.

You can have pockets of red that elect congressmen in a deep blue state, and vice-versa. That doesn't indicate fraud, that's just how our electoral system was architected to operate, dating back to our founding.
