Im pretty biased as I know the local CFA franchisee through some volunteer work and he's based. He was embarassed by Cathy but I dont think his business and all the employees should take the heat for some guy almost all of them have never even seen. If you follow the materials and ingredients all restaurants are going to have some jackasses involved somewhere in the chain. Im just saying as far as chain restaurants go, CFA does a pretty decent job and their employees tend to be more based than not.
