I had paid for everything previously, 1st class... so when we showed up and there was no reservation they were very polite... turns out my friend booked us at the Regency... in the crappy section of the Denver with gunshot being heard ring out in the night ..

Most of the rooms had been pissed and shit in, spermed all over, all the laundry and house cleaning utilizes illegal aliens, etc.
My assistant manager had to go to a room and help clean up shit all over the room cuz some old geezer lost control of his bowels. That day I promised myself that I will never accept an offer to be assistant manager.
In the hotel industry, the assistant manager is the worst position, does all the work, deals with all the complaints, etc. The manager is just a figure head, a face, a greeter, someone who reports the numbers to the regional manager and hotel owners.
I have a relative who works in the hotel industry. Oh the story he tells. There was one time he walked in on a female having relations with a dog. (She then had the NERVE to complain to his boss because he interrupted HER in the midst of her escapades.) He said he often witnessed clear signs of child sex trafficking. He said he complained constantly to the managers but they ALL turned a blind eye. He said they clearly wanted the money from the guests as opposed to stepping in to secure safety for the child.
Hyatt doesn’t care about red or blue. The only color Hyatt cares about are green dollarbucks.
