Once I thought I was staying at a Hyatt Regency... my friend made reservations back in 96... I had paid for everything previously, 1st class... so when we showed up and there was no reservation they were very polite... turns out my friend booked us at the Regency... in the crappy section of the Denver with gunshot being heard ring out in the night ..
