I don't think any sane person believes he incited anything. On top of that, the Senate cleared him of any charges of him inciting any violence. Yet they persist in the blatant lie even though it's on the record he didn't do anything.

Is that not libel? I get Trump is a public figure and it's different for them, but this has to fall under defamation at this point and he HAS to have some kind of case to sue CNN.
