While waiting maskless for cold cuts at Publix on Saturday I had a brief conversation with 3 people who also were not wearing the Holy Rag. When our eyes met as they approached me it was like seeing friends i didn't know I had for the first time. We talked about how great it was to see smiling faces and that humanity is not totally lost. We made sure we were loud enough for everyone around us to hear. I also saw an older gentleman pulling his down off of his nose as we talked; not completely off but it was a start. The whole experience put a kick in my step and i held my chin high as i finished my shopping.

It is so bad on the Left Coast that we are having the same problem hiking and biking on mountain trails.

We have never worn masks outside for any reason.

People will actually confront us outside in mountain air.

I always yell at the, top of my lung THE NEAREST SAFE SPACE IS A STARBUCKS 30 MINUTES FROM HERE.

Then I approach their safe space with my germ spewing face 😩😩😩

anyone willing to confront you outside where there's no surveillance cameras is a fucking moron. Its like they want to be hurt.

It's the little things.
