For 30 years we were force-fed mandatory training that “those” jokes were UNACCEPTABLE and ACTIONABLE.

QUICK —- Someone find the Training Session Sign-In sheets for the Mandatory Workplace Sensitivity Training sessions, that even SUPERVISORS had to attend.

If he signed in, he has no excuse he wasn’t trained. If there are no sign-in’s with his name HE AVOIDED MANDATORY TRAINING.

EITHER WAY it is good for the complainants.
