All the talking heads and a lot of people say that it's the top of the FBI that is corrupt. A little research shows that their lab falsified data, agents routinely lie and yes, the head is corrupt. They also like to set little kids on fire, true story. Or shoot through doorways and kill moms holding their infant child, true story.
