If a parent did this to their child for 14 days, then said child told it’s teacher it was locked in the basement, Child Protective Services wouldn’t waste any time having that parent charged with abuse. But a lame virus gives them the excuse to abuse their children. I’d much rather be comforting my child and tell the school that the little shit was quarantined responsibly.
