Meanwhile Republican lawmakers fancying themselves equivalent to SCOTUS grandstand on positions that are so safe they'll never reach the courts so there's no pressure on the other side of the fence.
An army of Democrat lawyers, SoS & Governors bombarded swing states with litigation and SCOTUS refused to get involved. One Man Michael Pence could have rose to the occasion and reciprocated by sending these swing state electors back to their legislators to be repicked. Democrats would have sued and if SCOTUS remained consistent and stayed out of the election Trump would be President, if the court got involved they would have to take up every other election fraud case. If they ruled for Pence Trump would be President. If they ruled against Pence, people would be sad, but he'd go down a fighter. He literally picked the dumbest decision.
Donald Trump is the only man who can save him. By a full disclosure of what the plan was at the time, and how Pence was part of the plan doing as needed. Absent that, Mike Pence is a dead politician who probably couldn't get elected for dog catcher.
