And also a better system of quickly deleting click-bait posts with titles that spread absolutely false information.

That is one factor that is holding this site back from changing the world. Whether the mods are not paying attention, or whether there exists among them compromised individuals, this site has been used very successfully as a conduit for pushing fake news designed specifically to distract, mislead, and, most importantly, to divide us.

And regurgitating old news as new.

I think sometimes People post repeat articles to keep the story upfront.

Yes. That is one that is abused to hell and back here by the elite and the alphabet agency traitors. It should be a cold hard rule on this site that images posted in order to propagate information need to have a link to the source and a clearly visible date on the news item. They way some people here tend to freak out and run with propaganda, I'm honestly surprised the FBI/CIA/Traitors Inc. haven't simply reposted 9/11 pictures and headlines just to see how many would believe it.

problem with images is that it clashes with the MEME trove. I guess posts should properly be tagged as NEWS, MEME, OPINION, etc. So policies can be applied to NEWS.

Some amount of redendancy cant be helped - see Trumps CPAC speech. Im sure there were more than one post pointing to his sppech, parts of his speech or one of his quotes.

I also wish the downvote for post was available by default on the main theme.

Indeed. Perhaps start banning certain domains? Like CNN, MSNBC, etc. Or requiring an Image with Links. And possibly requiring your account to be a few days old in order to post.

Agree. And look at OP's account history. Zero comments, a long series of hit-and-run posts linking to this conservativebrief.com site, and absolutely nothing else. I seriously think OP is a paid shill for conservativebrief. An insider at the website would know what the article content is, and not post a title that claims the opposite of what's in the article.

I don't want to see domains like CNN and MSNBC banned. People can use archive links if they want to, but those are significant media outlets simply due to their audience size, and it's important to know what information they're spreading. And every now and then, even those horrid outlets get something right, and I'm happy to give them traffic when they do. In the end, money has the loudest voice, and if they get more traffic to decent, unbiased material than to their inane Dems-can-do-no-wrong garbage, they'll start shifting their content, and even a minor shift can have a significant impact on what millions of people see and think.

Ik. But we shouldn't be giving them unwarranted traffic.

Crop an Image if you must, but otherwise don't (archive works too)
