Some screwls are often at best are nothing more than taxpayer funded childcare with some actual learning, at worst they are indoctrination centers. Why are many people so willing to hand over their children to the state for a good portion of the day, 5 days a week? Of course in situations such as single-parent households, it's difficult to avoid.

The idea of a parent staying home with their children even when it's a more viable option, such as a two-parent households seems to be considered the unthinkable. The idea of taking the effort and responsibility of parents raising and teaching their own flesh and blood has given way to handing off the children to strangers to do that for them.

I'm reminded of this from scripture:

"But the hireling, and he that is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and flieth: and the wolf catcheth, and scattereth the sheep"

Perhaps this current cultural norm of part-time parenting and the state teaching and raising children should be questioned at the very least.

Perhaps we should do a defund public screwls campaign.

Because 25%-33% of the population just wants childcare. Many of them can't stand being around their kids long, because they didn't raise them to be decent people that ANYONE would want to be around.

There's also the fact that some indoctrination is wanted. Cultural knowledge binds all Americans regardless of background. Particularly important now that we don't share entertainment channels. Teaching kids about the basis of our rights is necessary. Etc.

Were just doing it all fucky right now.
