"Republican" in that context means the PEOPLE can ELECT their GOVERNMENT.
By allowing the absolutely obvious election theft, the federal government has hereby not guaranteed a republican form of government, and therefore the federal government is now NULL AND VOID of LEGAL AUTHORITY.
