This. Diesel nozzles will not fit into a gasoline car made for about the past 20 years if not more.

Are you sure? I have a diesel truck and occasionally come across what feels like a “normal” pump... I hate them because they take forever.

They might still be larger then gas. I’ve been to environmentally friendly to not use the green earth juice in a long time.

I looked into this and apparently it is not a legal requirement that the nozzles be physically larger. But I've never seen one that wasn't. Maybe if you go to a very old gas station with ancient pumps? So I guess let's file this claim as extremely, extremely unlikely. About as unlikely as Biden winning. Think about it this way, if this was truly this person's mindset, then she would be doing this every time. Forget the fact that her engine would be trash after 5 mins of running diesel, the stars would have to align for her to hit every gas station without a larger diameter diesel nozzle.

I travel through very rural areas so they could have been old and most truck stops age their diesel pumps FAR longer then the fancy tv gas ones.

I’m going to look like such an idiot standing out there with a tap measure next time.
