Hitler wasn't leftist. He hated communism and even said as much in Mein Kampf. It's true there were leftists in the Nazi party, notably the Strasser brothers, and parts of the party program were leftist, but he purged these leftists and modified the party program to appeal to big business, who were pro-capitalist and wouldn't settle for anything less. He brought about 100% employment and created a lot of good-paying work, not through socialist measures, but through encouraging industry. He treated German workers good, but this was because he was pro-German, not because of any socialism. In truth, Hitler belonged to the radical right, rather than just being right-wing.

False. Hitler was a leftist. Nationalsozialismus National Socialists ... socialisms is just another way of saying communism. It is a left wing political party. See the commonalities. They both claim to be "for the workers." They both use words like "labor" and "unions." They both attacked right wing conservatism and capitalism. Or just look directly at the German Soviet Non Aggression Pact. Hitler was not the enemy of Stalin. They were partners.

What you've posted is propaganda made by someone who actually believes the left wing propaganda. Most people believe that. Until they actually research.

Cope. Hitler was socialist in name only. But answer this. If Hitler was a leftist, please explain why:

Hitler worked to abolish labor unions and replace them with a "German Labour Front" to consolidate power and limit non-state influence over workers.

Hitler called for "the destruction of Marxism in all its shapes and forms" in Mein Kampf.

One of the chief reasons behind the establishment of concentration camps was the imprisonment of communist dissidents.

If you read your history books, you'll know Hitler's pact with Stalin was one of convenience, not out of ideological affinity. When fighting ceased on the western front, he turned on Stalin in an effort to destroy communism and enslave the Slavic people.

Hitler was a socialist. The labor unions that were destroyed were capitalist labor unions. Back when labor unions actually fought for the people. When you're a socialist aka communist govt trying to control people you don't want a private labor union going against you. He destroyed private labor unions, and pushed national labor unions.

Hitler's battle between Stalin was for power. Control. Not over differences in govt. Also it was all for show.
