What a stupid bitch. I’m a woman and this annoys me. Could it be that the person who got the job was more qualified? Or is this an easy way to make money by using the ‘because I’m a woman card’ to sue?

I’ve been in corporate America for almost 20 years and have never seen anyone not get a promotion or raise because of their sex, color etc. If you didn’t get the job it was because someone else was more qualified and if you had a problem with the more qualified person getting the job you were told to feel free to quit.

Lol... Corporations feed the monster that will eventually eat them. Hilarious.

That shitstain company hands out positions to anything remotely brown and even has contracts with cities to guarantee employment for parolees.

Watch. This is how you set precedent to allow discrimination. Law is essentially made by judges ruling, not by legislators.

this bitch is annoying and seems like the type to sue over nothing

is a very valid reason to lose a job opportunity

Shouldn't Merrick Garland be stearing these cases?
