My buddy who is in law school, and very intelligent, said Pence couldn't do anything, and that claims that he could were bullshit.

Mind you, if Pence TRIED to do something, it would've likely been unprecedented, uncharted legal territory, and courts would have 100% gotten involved then.

If Pence attempted to do so, you KNOW the SC would've blocked Trump and Pence.
