Even as the highest court in the land, there has to be a way to hold them (and not just expelling one corrupt justice through congress, but the entire body) accountable for not doing their job or carrying out justice? I get that the executive and legislative branches are supposed to do that but they are corrupted also, we have to have some kind of way to resolve issues of they all fail at their jobs?

Stop paying them.
Seriously, we need to withhold our taxes, we don't even need most of the country to, just about 40% and they will be forced to listen, the problem is educating ppl to understand they can withhold their taxes and the government operates based on the whims of the people, not the other way around and taxation is a voluntary agreement btwn the ppl and their chosen govt
