I mean, yes and no. The oligarchy was real and exists still. All governments are run like mafias to a certain degree, but Russian Mafia is still nothing to be trifled with ... My idea of good terms with Russia is we try our best not to get in each others' way and the rare moments we end up on the same side we can get shitfaced together. I’ve been feeling like we should change our stance with Russia. I’ve never seen a reason recently to be enemies with them.
