You can be sure they will recruit based on skin color and end up with an unqualified bunch of dummies on the force. They already had that one shooting where the dumb immigrant shot a woman for no reason. But they will never learn from that and keep repeating their mistakes. Sadly, their deliberate mistakes will cause even more people to die.
