They should throw him to the masses and let them take care of him. He knew what he was doing when he did it. You could see him shift his weight around and look down to make sure he was still applying pressure to George's neck. I say he meant to kill him and thought he was above the law. Floyd was a dead man walking. He was going to die no matter what. The knee had nothing to do with his death.
