I'm a proud Italian American, when my family first came to this county long after slavery had been abolished. They worked hard to get to where they are now. If you try to make me pay for something my people had no part in, I will simply pack my bags and leave this country. Say goodbye to all the wealth owned by modern day Whites who had nothing to do with slavery. Also fun fact, the blood of the White Union soldiers who gave their lives to free slaves they didn't even know should suffice.

Roughly twice as many whites died settling the issue of slavery in the civil war as the number of Africans who were brought here on slave ships.
Anyone who argues that slavery is the reason this country prospered needs to look at how modern-day US had nearly the least amount of the slaves brought from Africa. If African slavery was the recipe for success, Brazil would be the one world power.
