Don't think that is all on him. I don't like his influence but the Deep State is so huge that I never suspected Pence, Barr, Mattis, Christie, Haley, Kemp, FOX news, Drudge, Coulter, Bush, US Chamber of Commerce, NRA, McConnell, and many others to be part of it. I am not sure there are enough MAGA republicans to fill positions of importance.
Just saying that prior State Departments and Presidents sought peace in the Middle East, some through war, and Kushner got it done with little fan fare.
But at least Trump did not rely on the kind of people that Biden is:

I agree. Originally I went along with the flow that Jared took blame for the bad hiring decisions.
But after seeing how entrenched the swamp was. How McConnel opposed Trump more than we ever knew. How deep the swamp was. That is not on Jared.
Jared may be more of a liberal Manhatten Socialite, but he is not a D.C. swamp creature and didn't have previous ties to D.C.
It seems like POTUS gave him some projects to work on, peace deals, prison reform etc. Not top priority stuff, but nothing bad about them, and he did a decent job getting them accomplished.
Who cares? Good for our economy if the world needs American oil.
Unless these countries are willing to pay tribute, their squabbles are of no importance.
I don't care about Jared, but I am just saying 1. He is not the reason Trump is gone as the establishment Uniparty submarined Trump, 2. But he did do something that alluded Carter, Clinton, Bush, Bush and Obama and maybe when Biden and other Dems tout their policies we can say, What would Jared do Joe?

Middle East Peace Agreements can be made by people without them being a central part of an administration.

Pretty much. He was the one who came up with the new approach of making peace between Israel and Arab countries before settling the Palestinian conflict. That’s the difference that made these deals possible. If you starve the PLO of their Arab support, then they’re up Shit’s Creek without a paddle, and would be forced to come to the table instead of lobbing missiles into Israel simply because they hate Jews.
