Without Hitler & Mussolini's aid, Spain would've fallen to communism in the 1930s. If that had happened then all of continental Europe would've ended up in Soviet hands rather than just the east and we'd be living in an entirely different world today.

Zero doubt in my mind that we have the moral high ground. That's one of the easiest routes to winning a debate with one of them.
