If SCOTUS refuses to even rule on the smaller cases, who the hell is going to hold any elite democrat accountable?

95
Joesf23 95 points ago +95 / -0

2A or secession IF we are being realistic. The GOP sure as shit isnt going to pull this out of the fire especially when 75% of them were either OK with shitting on their voters when we got pissed off over the fraud, OR they were in on it (Kemp, and fuckface gov from AZ). Our problem is much bigger than most people here want to admit. This was not just another 4yr election that we can just ho-hum move on from.

59
HeavyMetalPatriot 59 points ago +63 / -4

SECESSION is the only peaceful path forward. It is the ONLY option to save any remnant of America. Remember that America culture is being destroyed. The red states must SECEDE so we can cut off the communist invasion and degradation and degeneracy of our nation's next generation. Only through SECESSION can we rebuild a new nation to achieve our founding fathers' vision.

31
NullifyAndSecede 31 points ago +32 / -1

Secession would be my preference, but a shit-ton of nullification might be just as good.

I doubt it though, hard for the States to effectively nullify the aggressions of the IRS.

40
War_Hamster 40 points ago +43 / -3

The nullification efforts are already underway.

I don't like secession talk. I'd rather win and go back to being a Constitutional Republic.

People forget; the States created the Federal Government, not the other way around.

22
HeavyMetalPatriot 22 points ago +26 / -4

I'd rather win and go back to being a Constitutional Republic.

I'd also rather a time machine and a magic pony.

Secession means both giving up at least some ground without a fight, and fighting for whatever ground we'd like. Not merely against our own military, either. Many foreign groups would love to get involved.

10
War_Hamster 10 points ago +13 / -3

Why secede when you can keep the whole country. We're going to win. They are falling apart.

If the whole system was broken beyond repair, we'd already have 52 states and we'd all already be in FEMA camps. They'll do it the moment they think they can get away with it, so the fact that haven't means we still have power and hope.

I'm not giving up one inch of US soil to them and no foreign boot had better ever set foot on that blessed soil. We'll rid ourselves of the Marxists one way or the other.

3

Secession destroys the country. Easier for China to take over.

5
Joesf23 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think that notion is based on the idea that secession = bloody civil war. This is not how it would have to go down. The idea that the US has to remain as a 50 state union to keep china from invading is simply false. Same reason why Brexit occured and it wasnt like russia went off and invaded england. Even if the US was split into 3 countries, we could still be "friends" and defend each other if need be. China invading and occupying the US would be a logistical nightmare for them. They have it pretty good already by simply owning our whole government, why bleed resources when they dont need to?

3
Libertardian 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good points. How do we get rid of the criminals running our government?

3
Grond999 3 points ago +3 / -0

Trump couldn't even do that when in power. The swamp grew if anything and ejected him. Mattis, Bolton, Pence, Kavanaugh, ACB, Barr, Wray...the list goes on.

2
Joesf23 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have some ideas but we are apparently not allowed to discuss these solutions here because muh optics fags...DC does not fear us. Until they do, nothing changes. Voting and court systems are broken. I used to have faith in the military and LEO but that is even 50/50 at this point.

Is your premise that the Chicoms did not in fact take over this country by way of having their puppet installed?

1
kormonir 1 point ago +3 / -2

...Have you seen the country's demographics. The country is already destroyed. Also ...have you seen who is president? China has already taken over.

9
Meddlesom 9 points ago +11 / -2

It's very naive to think that secession would be peaceful. It won't happen without civil war, and foreign powers WILL get involved, including China and the EU. Those foreign powers will enter the game on the side of the left, and we will become vassal states.

Also remember, the balkanization of the US is the globalist's endgame.

15
HeavyMetalPatriot 15 points ago +15 / -0

The EU can't clean their own asses. China is a concern, but nukes still exist and they aren't going to risk WW3. Under Xiden, we're already a vassal of China. Just listen to how Xiden said outright that mass murder of Chinese dissidents is just a "cultural difference" and how he used an EO to give China access to our energy grid. That's the action of a vassal state.

4
Joesf23 4 points ago +4 / -0

Invading and occupying the US would be a logistical nightmare for any invading army. This country is pretty damn big. People forget this because the internet makes us forget how much land we have and how many damn people.

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

You say the EU can't wipe their own asses, but they have the whole fucking planet marching to their tune and running straight into the arms of their new world order. China is the weapon being used to bring about the destruction of the US, just as the US was the weapon used to bring about the destruction of the USSR. When China is done with us, they'll be the next on the chopping block.

and don't think that the NWO wouldn't be fine with 5 billion corpses... they would love to shrink the population of the planet down to a fraction of what it is today.

2
HeavyMetalPatriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's no NWO after a nuclear war. Mutually assured destruction leaves the NWO hiding in a bunker until their servants decide to eat them.

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

You keep fixating on nuclear war as if nukes would even be used. No. It will be a conventional invasion that comes straight through the norther border. Canada will allow China and the EU to use them as a beach head. Canada and China have already been practicing it.

I point out the peaceful nature of the act to highlight the violence of the government that will attempt to prevent it.

2
MegoThor 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just as they did before.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +6 / -2

Balkanization is not globalism. Endgame is OWG, One World Government. You are saying it's in place already, and invincible.

I say better dead than red.

3
Meddlesom 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah you missed the point. A truly united USA is the biggest thing standing in the way of the new world order. Globalism is depending on the fracturing and balkanization of the US. They want it to happen. They are pushing for it to happen. The DNC is pushing for it to happen as they enact these intolerable policies by executive order.

The USSR was the second thing standing in the way of globalism, and the US and USSR were pitted against each other for the purpose of destroying both. Russia still stands against it, which is why the globalists are still doing everything they can to keep Russia and the US at each other's throats.

The moment states start seceding, the NWO wins. We have to win and keep the country whole in the process.

0
CuomoisaMassMurderer 0 points ago +1 / -1

Bidet in place as puppet insures the US offers no resistance whatsoever to globalist aims. OWG is effectively in place already, they just haven't consolidated power.

The Fed was created to destroy the US for the purpose you state. That isn't complete, but close.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992), https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/504/36

A. 18 "[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history," Hannah v. Larche, 363 U.S. 420, 490, 80 S.Ct. 1502, 1544, 4 L.Ed.2d 1307 (1960) (Frankfurter, J., concurring in result), the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It " 'is a constitutional fixture in its own right.' " United States v. Chanen, 549 F.2d 1306, 1312 (CA9 1977) (quoting Nixon v. Sirica, 159 U.S.App.D.C. 58, 70, n. 54, 487 F.2d 700, 712, n. 54 (1973)), cert. denied, 434 U.S. 825, 98 S.Ct. 72, 54 L.Ed.2d 83 (1977). In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. See Stirone v. United States, 361 U.S. 212, 218, 80 S.Ct. 270, 273, 4 L.Ed.2d 252 (1960); Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43, 61, 26 S.Ct. 370, 373, 50 L.Ed. 652 (1906); G. Edwards, The Grand Jury 28-32 (1906)

2

Totally disagree. I hear where you’re coming from but I don’t see how that lines up with Trumps speech yesterday. I feel like we say “follow Trump or GTFO” around here, and then we turn around and say the only solutions are options completely different than what he has ever discussed. Even regarding the 6th we saw this. Trump has always said we need to be peaceful and he has always said the Republican Party is ours to be reclaimed. So that’s what I will do.

4
reacher 4 points ago +5 / -1

Maybe not: https://greatawakening.win/p/12hRZmkTx6/29-supporting-secession-into-fiv/c/ The big negative of secession seems to be the scenario where the new California completely sells out to China and then China moves in next door. Secessionists--how do you counter that?

California secession would be concerning. Ditto with Hawaii

What country before ever existed a century & half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance?

― Thomas Jefferson

11
TrumpWonBigly2020 11 points ago +11 / -0

Tree of liberty. Do that quote next! 😁😁

12
NullifyAndSecede 12 points ago +12 / -0

That is indeed the continuation of the above quote.

Let them take arms. the remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. what signify a few lives lost in a century or two? the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it's natural manure.

― Thomas Jefferson

Jefferson is full of gems like this:

I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical. Unsuccesful rebellions indeed generally establish the incroachments on the rights of the people which have produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions, as not to discourage them too much. It is a medecine necessary for the sound health of government.

― Thomas Jefferson

The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then. It is like a storm in the atmosphere.

― Thomas Jefferson

He was by far the most ideologically consistent and based founder.

Societies exist under three forms sufficiently distinguishable. 1. Without government, as among our Indians. 2. Under governments wherein the will of every one has a just influence, as is the case in England in a slight degree, and in our states in a great one. 3. Under governments of force: as is the case in all other monarchies and in most of the other republics. To have an idea of the curse of existence under these last, they must be seen. It is a government of wolves over sheep. It is a problem, not clear in my mind, that the 1st. condition is not the best. But I believe it to be inconsistent with any great degree of population.

― Thomas Jefferson

Yes, TJ has always been my favorite Founding Father. The way he got Madison to write a document that made us a Confederacy instead of Madison's nationalistic tendencies is pretty remarkable.

5
NullifyAndSecede 5 points ago +5 / -0

He got Madison to advocate (anonymously at the time) for Nullification as well.

3
reacher 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks for the awesome quotes! Could we Nullify But Not Secede?

5
NullifyAndSecede 5 points ago +5 / -0

Possibly, but my expectation is that the feds will not respect the concept of nullification and make secession inevitable.

I see nullification mostly as a step towards secession. Both have the effect of clarifying a lack of consent to the mandates of the Federal Government.

Nobody is in power to punish the steal for anything.

The time to punish the riggers was in the 2 1/2 months from 11/4/20 to 1/19/21.

AG Bagpipes (the asshole charged with upholding the law) said, "...we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.”

And so now here we are .. frustrated that the election thieves won't punish themselves.

28
Tejas_Pepe 28 points ago +28 / -0

AG Bagpipes (the asshole charged with upholding the law) said, "...we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.”

That's because the entire deep state/ uni-party is in cahoots. They got what they wanted, President Trump out of office and one of their own installed.

Their original plan was, either Hillary or JEB! would be POTUS, then, either way, they have their stooge in office.

President Trump, and we who voted for him, fucked that up for them and they are in the process of making us pay for our impudence.

They under-estimated their power to sway elections in 2016. They have now made sure their rigged system can never be beaten again.

8

It's probably time for people to start decoupling MAGA from DJT. He's one man, an old man, and he just got his ass handed to him. Would anyone else have prevailed? Likely not, all things considered. I fear what happens to him is too closely linked to the idea behind MAGA, and any more negativity or "bad moves" may burn people from that which undergirds this movement. To this day, millions of people think MAGA is a hero cult and not a response to an oppressive govt poisoning our people and way of life.

4
Toughsky_Shitsky 4 points ago +5 / -1

Very well put.

4
Boniface 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hero cult aside, it's hard for a mass movement to be effective without an identifiable leader and leadership structure. DJT has been that leader, and as far as I can tell he still is. There hasn't been a leadership structure behind him, just the federal government which isn't about the MAGA movement. Decoupling from Trump might be a good idea long term, but in the immediate future, until some kind of structure is in place, I don't see who or what picks up the mantle.

It's almost scary how close to the tipping point we are, one mistake or one careless step and it all comes tumbling down.

pelosi, schumer, schiff, biden, obama, comey, brennan, harris, nadler, strozck, jarret, rice, abelin....all traitors.

"If that SOB gets elected, we'll all hang from nooses!"

And yet never happened

5
Neonentity 5 points ago +5 / -0

Thanks for the fact-check. It is bogus.

It sems there are numerous mentions of uncontrolled outbursts and general bitchiness, especially after the Lauer interview, but this can't be confirmed. . Interestingly, that was just before Lauer was me-too'd.

DavidBowieRapedKids 7 points ago +7 / -0

Can we really accuse the demons that possess these people of treason?

Maybe I'm nitpicking...

3
jdog 3 points ago +3 / -0

Didnt Lucifer commit treason?

3
DavidBowieRapedKids 3 points ago +3 / -0

I guess. More like rebellion. He betrayed God more than Heaven. Similar to Dwight trying to supplant Michael in The Office.

Biden et al are betraying America not just the person in charge.

Regardless, it was just a joke.

1
CisSiberianOrchestra 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was the first and worst traitor. He attempted to overthrow God.

7
BlackNoir 7 points ago +7 / -0

Helping to round up all those 1/6 commie traitors. Those treasonous fucks will never fly again unless it’s in a chopper

(It won’t)

4
JudicialDredd 4 points ago +4 / -0

But just imagine if it was.

5
Genericwhitemale 5 points ago +5 / -0

Why you think they’re all walled up and have troops in D.C? They know its a coup and are ready to see if we the people do anything about it.

5
freeperjim 5 points ago +5 / -0

Rope. Tree. Some assembly required.

5
MikesDong 5 points ago +6 / -1

It won’t though. Wanna bet the GOPe does fucking nothing about mail in voting before 2022/2024 and simply concentrates on individual re-election?

3
HeavyMetalPatriot 3 points ago +4 / -1

I'll take that bet! Easy money says 2022 arrives and Republicans look about startled that election fraud happened YET AGAIN...and then after a month of OMG SHOCK then we'll be hearing all about "we'll get them in 2024!!"

In the immortal words of david crockett. "you may all go to hell and I am going to Texas."

3
YuriIsDirty 3 points ago +3 / -0

How about both?

3
Platinum 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm in favor of Seccession too. The United Republic of Texas is what we should call it.

It's either Secede, God or Guns. That's the only way this is going to end.

3
ShinAkuma 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is treason but all of the institutions that uphold the Constitution are complicit in treason.

OP we need faces of the Secretary of State, State DNC and the planted RINOs. They are the criminals and let's not forget Billy Barr, CISA and McConnell.

3
henri_derelicte 3 points ago +3 / -0

We just need some brave patriot to get the rope and/or pull the trigger. Enough is enough

No firing squad. Too quick. Stripped naked. Hanged publicly for ten years. Gently, no drop.

2
streakybacon 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's also pretty lame. This would never have worked even 10 years ago when people were less afraid of the media.

2
Bedminster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Okay just wake me up when someone gets fucking arrested finally. I've been waiting since 2016

2

Man I hope they are ALL caught.

2

Fuck them all.

Only justice we can get is the one we create we make noise. its Time Trumps keyboard warriors went into battlemod

2
learntocode 2 points ago +2 / -0

I mean, it is election fraud. That is enough for me, and it should be enough for the courts.

For those that assume the courts always work based on the discovery of facts and law, let this be our teachable moment.

TREASON.

2
Agent_Orange 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was thinking (first mistake) and I wondered if this case could be tried in the international courts (The Hague). I'm not sure what international law may have been broken, but they try crimes against humanity there, why not this type of thing?

The first question that comes up would be who enforces the judgement?

3
AbrahamLincoln 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fuck the international courts. The Army can do it.

1
Agent_Orange 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, I was looking beyond that since they haven't done anything so far.

2
mercynurse 2 points ago +2 / -0

Indeed.

They are levying war against the United States AND giving Aid and Comfort to enemies.

There are millions of witnesses to these overt acts

When do we get to testify?

2
xkgb 2 points ago +2 / -0

100% accurate.

And every time the Supreme Court refuses to look at the evidence they’re committing treason too!

2
IcyHue 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's neither fraud nor treason but a successful coup d'état. Or rather all of those in one.

1
highenergywinning 1 point ago +1 / -0

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State....

1
RampRat43 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes it is Treason, but not just B&H its a couple of thousands or more. Apparently the entire system is broken, not even the U.S. MIL with the oath we all took is going to do anything about the fact that's 7-States and somewhere around 50 counties told all of the rest of US to go pound sand!

So the still faint sounds of thunder seem to more closer?

Only way now is the military....

All red state governors and AGs must choose to ignore all Xiden's EOs and fiats. He is NOT the legitimate POTUS of our country. BHO is running his 3rd term now through this empty vessel with a vengeance. We cannot allow Hussein to purposely destroy our country just because he is a hateful, Marxist bastard. Short of having the red states secede, this is something that can definitely be done. I know the Dakotas and FL plus TX are on board with doing something like the former. Also, all red state legislatures must change how elections are run in their states- no cheat by mail; no extensions for weeks to months and all the usual phuckery we see deployed by Demtards. No Dominion or other software products. Just plain old paper ballots with the national guard policing the precincts on the one election day (as PDJT mentioned at CPAC) and also counting the votes.

1
LINDIESUE 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fulton Cty. GA spent $ on RV's in 2020 to drive into inner city/heavily minority areas to use them as voting booths illegally. Why in the hell didn't they register them to get free ID's at that time? The Left has claimed that some folks don't have transportation and/or $ to get ID's. They don't want ID's.

1
potato4dawin 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree, but it seems most people here don't realize the punishment for Treason is DEATH.

We should be demanding they be hanged.

When is the military going to step in and investigate this treasonous acts?

You would think the military would be all over this shit, no?
