It's probably time for people to start decoupling MAGA from DJT. He's one man, an old man, and he just got his ass handed to him. Would anyone else have prevailed? Likely not, all things considered. I fear what happens to him is too closely linked to the idea behind MAGA, and any more negativity or "bad moves" may burn people from that which undergirds this movement. To this day, millions of people think MAGA is a hero cult and not a response to an oppressive govt poisoning our people and way of life.
Hero cult aside, it's hard for a mass movement to be effective without an identifiable leader and leadership structure. DJT has been that leader, and as far as I can tell he still is. There hasn't been a leadership structure behind him, just the federal government which isn't about the MAGA movement. Decoupling from Trump might be a good idea long term, but in the immediate future, until some kind of structure is in place, I don't see who or what picks up the mantle.
I had ideas how to avoid all this. Nobody listened. Not sure our best way forward, but contacting all State legislators with good letters is step one. Depriving RNC of all dollars is essential. MAGA PAC is separate, or no?

You have to admit, Barr did the long con very well. He convinced nearly everyone he cared about this country.

Many of us knew of Barr's despicable roll in Ruby Ridge ... we were not conned by this fat asshole. But, apparently Trump was.
