The heart attack gun. The CIA admitted that had it back in the 1970s. It fires a small dart made of a frozen toxin that causes cardiac arrest and leaves an entrance wound so small it's almost undetectable. Once shot, the frozen dart melts inside the target's body and the toxin causes a heart attack. The toxin then disperses and doesn't show up in toxicology tests.
If the CIA had toys like that back in the 70s, I can only imagine what they've got now.
