It’s not a pretty picture, but when you're 40 IQ points, on average, below your cohorts you will be subject to the bottom rung in a competitive, merit based society. This presents a permanent, long term problem for those who want equity over equal opportunity. If you can’t put forth the same value you can’t take out the same reward.
