In all of the cities there are migrant workers who live 20 to a room on bunk beds. I used to live across from an apartment set up that way, it stunk to high hell. Not only that, 90% of their public toilets lack toilet paper and soap. China is a public-health backwater, and that's just in the first-tier cities!
