I work for the engineering side of a large defense firm. Most engineering types, those who are interested in objective measures and who had to work to get where they are (STEM education, actual measures of success at work, etc), lean towards MAGA

The person who owns our company is a republican, but they're anti Trump, and lately has been falling into the trappings of the snowflakes - this past summer, our company owner sent out an email sympathetic to George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, and then again on Jan 7, we received an email condemning the violence and horror at the Capitol.
Now, we're starting down the diversity/equity/inclusion training path.
I have lost all respect for our upper management. I'm lucky enough that I don't have to deal with them, or our snowflakes much. Our helpdesk staff does that. I enjoy my job, and am not interested in going anywhere else. I just don't like the way the snowflakes are turning our company into some damn social justice experiment.
