Setting aside the fact that a child can only have 1 biological mother and 1 biological father, isn't this "throuple" basically polygamy? Isn't that illegal? Or is it ok because they are not married? Or is it ok because they are gay and therefore a protected class?

Does the birth certificate list the REAL father? This could have serious genetic medical consequences down the road. But I guess that might not matter because this isn't about anything other than being the "first" and that's more important than anything in today's culture I guess.
