Literally anywhere else on the internet I would be Demonized as some LEECH or Evil Capitalist... I'm sorry... can you afford a Half-MILLION dollar house??? I own several houses in the MOST DESIRABLE places in my Area. Plus Im a GREAT landlord (I grew up with a single mom and shitty landlords so I strive to not be like those Slum- Lords). I offer you an amazing place to live for a good price and somehow Im the Bad Guy??? I offer an amazing deal and dont overcharge my Tenants and I ACTUALLY fix shit... But Im the Bad Guy... If you destroy my Incentive for renting by increasing taxes and shit I will SELL the properties (I get offers CONSTANTLY) and then you are left with NO OPTIONS Idiots.......... Sorry... Just had to rant a little bit. By the Way I have a property coming up for rent in May.... Last time I got 23 Offers ABOVE my asking price within 4 hours.... Desirable Area and there are NO other places :P

South Carolina just South of Charlotte, NC.... Everyone there is trying to move to this area bc its super close and has like the best schools and no crime.... property values have tripled in the last 5 years. But I got in early and own many of those places
