I didn’t realize how much the same they were then even though I was alive then. I think having social media makes it so in your face and having so many of my friends turn into loons and delusional people that think nazis are everywhere is what seemed so crazy to me but yeah maybe we should just be laughing at them like Rush and making sure we gain control of our schools again.
That's funny. I went to Central Washington University for a time in the 1980s. One of the things they were known for is about once a month they would have a campus-wide steak cookout. It's in cattle country.
But I might note that the feminist professor was visiting from Pacific Lutheran University. They probably had her there as part of a diversity iniative because it was a very meat oriented campus.
