It's a site that gives you a report on anybody you want and EVERYTHING about them. Including information that person can't even access. All it needs is a name. That's it. When I say everything, I mean everything. Roommates, ex-partners, previous homes, address, all records, licenses, photos, family, eye color, age, etc etc etc.

I have no idea. I just saw it on a sidebar ad and clicked. Typed my name and was stunned. I had to pay for the full report, so I didn't but what I was allowed to see off the bat was shocking.

Yeah, but it's $28. If you want to dox the hell out of someone you can. I don't recall giving anyone permission to gather all my information I've ever had. I might as well have been wearing a go-pro at birth and handed it to them. Think about the long term consequences of information like that so easily available.
