There was so much propaganda at the time. I remember a lot of videos floating around like the one of the crying nurse. I bet even the "welding" into apartments was bullshit too.
Not even sure if it was CCP counter propaganda, or just anti-CCP propaganda hitching onto the situation to push the anti-CCP narrative (not that I am pro CCP or anything).
Don't forget they tried the same shit in Iran and South America. Remember there was videos of bodies being left on the streets in El Salvador or Ecuador or somewhere. There were also a few vids of people dropping dead from Iran. Then there was the whole mass graves in Iran thing that never went anywhere.
It really was a double psyops going on. On one hand you had China downplaying it covering up the outbreak, pretending it came from a wet market not their lab and denying h2h transmission.
On the other side you had talks about 10s if not 100s of thousand dead ching chongs, people dropping dead on the streets, mass graves, dead bodies piling up etc...
And what about Lei Weinglang? Did that guy really die from Corona? Seems convinent that the whistleblower died from Coronachan. He looked in good shape, young, skinny. Not saying no doctors have died, but I know someone who works in a hospital and she didn't die when she got the Rona and she hasn't told me about any of her co workers who died from it either.
