If the answer is that there is a cultural bias in favor of criminal activity and drug use which is perpetuated by entertainment and music specifically marketed toward the group, then I'd say you're in the clear where the racism accusations start flying. If you actually believe that there's something genetic in that predisposition, then I'd say you might be a racist.
I have no doubt it’s cultural. It’s also cultural to have a significantly lower number of involved fathers thus leading to boys looking to the streets to be their roll models.
