One, the reporting on deaths and cases was hyper inflated fraud. They could not hide that fact with empty ships and tents. Two, the ships and tents cost real money with real bills. They could not get covid sham money and use the loot for other things.
I know in Houston, the tents went up and went down within a week yet the Mayor never shuts up about testing and cases or getting his hands on money. He wants to take the money from our rainy day fun since before the virus.
The hospital ships and tent hospitals were not sent for COVID patients. They were for other problems to free up hospitals for COVID patients.
BS. Both stayed virtually empty the entire time. The tents went down in days. Ships gone in 2 weeks with almost no patients. Where are you getting this info...meh.

Yep, that's how I remember it too. Although some crew members did get in and bring it aboard anyways.
