The point of all this is the global extermination of african people. Create an image that all black people, whether in the USA, Africa, or anywhere else in the world, are drug addict pimps and hos, feral children, and basically incapable of human advancement, and you will have very little resistance when that population is dramatically reduced via outright action, illnesses, or any other number of extermination methods. Africa is a literal gold mine, and the western world, along with communist China, understand this completely. If there are no Africans, well then, you know, all that mineral wealth just can't go to waste. China will do the deed, without any hesitation. And western governments will then vilify China, while claiming all of Africa as some sort of memorial heritage continent, with parades, holidays, and massive exploitation of it's resources.
